It is a recently developed sleep medication that belongs to the class of orexin receptor antagonists. It works by reducing the activity of orexin in the brain, which is responsible for keeping us awake, thus promoting sleep.

Rozerem is a sleep medication classified as a melatonin receptor agonist. It promotes sleep by targeting the receptors for melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland that regulates sleep-wake cycles, in the brain. Due to its ability to regulate the body’s internal clock, it is considered effective for treating jet lag. In the case of jet lag, it is recommended to take half a tablet of Rozerem orally before bedtime at the destination.

・Effective in small doses for regulating sleep-wake rhythm.

Myslee is a non-benzodiazepine sleep medication that is prescribed for the treatment of insomnia due to its hypnotic properties. Unlike traditional benzodiazepines, it is known for its mild muscle relaxant effect.

・Effective for sleep onset disorders.
・Reduced feelings of drowsiness and lightheadedness the following morning.
・Lower likelihood of dependence.
