Can I have a health check-up?

We offer health check-up services. However, if you are not proficient in Japanese, please bring a friend who can speak Japanese or come with a translator for the examination. If needed, we can arrange for a translator. Please make appointments through the following website:

Can I make an appointment for gynecology?

We do not provide gynecological services for foreign patients. We also do not offer testing or treatment for gynecological conditions.

What types of illnesses can be treated?

We offer diagnosis for internal medicine conditions such as colds, COVID-19, gastroenteritis, among others. In specialized fields, we can also diagnose conditions like hypertension, chronic kidney disease, hyperuricemia, lipid metabolism disorders, and diabetes.
Additionally, we provide diagnosis for conditions beyond internal medicine, including hay fever, insomnia, allergies, urinary tract infections, cystitis, urethritis, and urinary tract stones.
Furthermore, we offer treatments such as ED therapy, medical diets, stem cell infusions, and fatigue recovery injections.

Do you offer medical diets?

We offer medical diets along with medications such as Rybelsus (GLP1), Manjaro (GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonists), and Forxiga (SGLT2 inhibitors) for oral intake or injections. Please note that these services are not covered by insurance and will be charged as self-pay treatments.

Prescriptions

  • Most medications are prescribed at our clinic.
  • If you have Japanese medical insurance, all prescriptions are valid for four days from the date of issue. Please take the prescription slip to any pharmacy.

Payment

  • You can make payments in cash, by scanning QR codes, or using credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB).
  • We also accept Aipay and WeChat Pay.

Age requirement

  • Consultations for Internal Medicine are only available for individuals aged 16 years or older.
  • We kindly request that parents accompany patients under the age of 18 for medical consultations at our clinic.

Appointments

We would like to inform you that, in order to strengthen our reception system for inbound patients and secure consultation time, we will be implementing a reservation fee for those who make appointments through a specific form. In order to provide English and Chinese-speaking medical care for inbound visitors, we need to ensure that there is enough time for the examination and that the support system for the staff is maintained. Therefore, we will set up a reservation time with more margin than usual, and we will provide medical care with sufficient examination time while minimizing waiting time.
