eHealth clinic Shinjuku is equipped to respond quickly to foreign travelers who fall ill, allowing them to receive medical care in person or online whenever they need it.
Our clinic has specialized outpatient clinics for foreign travelers, staffed directly by English- and Chinese-speaking physicians. We can issue medical certificates and receipts in English and Chinese, and provide in-person as well as online medical services and medication delivery (to hotels, etc.).

We offer anti-aging and second opinion services to patients living abroad who cannot come to Japan. These services are available for consultation online or during visits to Japan. If you are interested in these medical services, please refer to the following URL to connect with our staff.
The director speaks English and Chinese. Consultations are available on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. We are open until 20:00 on weekdays. Additionally, we offer 24-hour web reservations.
Patients with limited Japanese proficiency or without insurance cards can also make reservations through the following Chinese booking website.
(Reservation fee is 5,500 Japanese yen.)
