天野方一先生を筆頭著者とする原著論文（責任著者は寺脇教授です）が、BMC Nephrology誌に掲載されました。
この論文は、腎臓の近位尿細管での尿酸再吸収を抑制する「ドチヌラド」の投与がCKD合併高尿酸血症患者の腎機能を改善させる効果を、世界で初めて確認したものです。
The lead author of the original research paper (with Professor Terawaki as the corresponding author) has been published in the BMC Nephrology journal. The paper confirms, for the first time worldwide, the effectiveness of administering “Dotinurad” in inhibiting uric acid reabsorption in the proximal tubules of the kidney, thereby improving renal function in patients with CKD complicated by hyperuricemia.
